This looks like a bridge function !? Read: provide extra capacity for flood water [..] Are flood arches a specific type of arch that is only used for this purpose??
Presumably this is not the case, presumably any arch type could function as a flood arch, could it not? --Cmuelle8 (talk) 20:45, 29 October 2017 (UTC)
