Category talk:Flagpoles in Hawaii

Flagpoles look the same everywhere, and really do not need by location-categories. Categories of countries and states tend to be rather crowded, and therefore it is usually important to put the subcategories as far down in the category tree as possible. Category:Flagpoles in Hawaii is a typical example of a category that clutters Category:Hawaii, makes it more difficult to get sight of the category you look for, and annoys readers. Hence, it is better to place it in Category:Flags of Hawaii. So, while the editor who reverted my edit, where I placed the category in Category:Flags of Hawaii, is right that not all flagpoles in Hawaii have flags of Hawaii on them, I propose that we give priority to user-friendliness over trying to attain strict logical consistency. --Jonund (talk) 17:51, 4 October 2014 (UTC)
