Of course Mandarin Chinese (Traditional script and Simplified script, with Traditional first) is a high priority language for this subject. I also suggest Japanese since EVA Air does a lot of business in Japan. Its safety cards have Japanese, and there are even Chinese-Japanese (with English subtitles) versions of its safety video; the normal safety video is Chinese-English with Japanese subtitles.
