Id like to group all the dishes like adobe, chiles in nogada etc into one subcategory. I was doing that with Category:Food of Mexico but my changes got reversed. Each of these dishes does NOT deserve its own category under Cuisine of Mexico alongside categories such as Category:Street food of Mexico or Category:Cuisine of Mexico by state.
