Cord changed its designation from 810 to 812 in November, 1936, so there are no 1937 810s. Differences are very minor, tough. Superchargers became a factory option for the 812 in 1937, boosting output from 125 to 180 bhp fora short time. Cord offered a retrofit of these items for earlier cars, done either at Cord or at a dealership. Further, chromed exhaust tubes became available without the supercharger. They are functional, and were handled the same way as the supercharger set, which included these tubes. As the museum mentions this car's output at 125 MPH, it appears to have no supercharger.--Chief tin cloud (talk) 12:07, 25 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
