Just to explain why this is of course a metacategory. This is a pre-emptive persuasive argument against the most ruthless of contrarians who inhabit some of this realm.

  1. Dumping of all pictures of all languages, of parts of asterisms, of a whole asterism, of constellations with boundaries (the modern, properly defined word CONSTELLATION means this), no language specialist universal works (see by author) must cease. This will otherwise fill up with hard-to-navigate clutter in years and without ease of fixing it at all, when the specific related or sub-categories cry out instead for the data.
  2. Noting that most have Latin constellation names but not all. Meaning where text is in the diagram a language can and must be chosen
  3. Just to clarify for those short of paying attention, subcat: by author, covers the excellent bodies of complete, notable work meeting the requirements of the Commons, which are sets of full constellation diagrams, with borders, (but not just Category:astronomical diagrams or Category:Constellation illustrations) but without any language included in them/just their technical abbreviation.Adam37 (talk) 15:06, 16 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
