this category specifies "Cantonese" because it's also fairly common to find rice served with roast ducks wihch are not cantonese-style. on the other hand, Category:Roast goose rice almost exclusively refers to rice with cantonese roast goose. RZuo (talk) 08:25, 17 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
