@Geek3: , are you sure that all these red arduino modules belong to Category:Breakout boards? Adding three large terminals to a three-legged component like File:SparkFun Humidity Sensor Breakout - HIH-4030 09569.jpg isn't really 'breaking out' anything. These modules are not really specific for the arduino. An electronic breakout board is basically a small PCB that breaks the PINs of an integrated cirucit or any other electronic component out to better accessible standardized 0.1" pitch pins.
