Note on the titles
[edit]The category titles recognized by "{{Library classification navigation}}" is divided into three sections: classification type, ID, and name. However, the traditional Chinese sibu classification system doesn't have IDs. Therefore, the template uses the Chinese term as the ID and the English term as the name for sibu entries.
As Commons is a multilingual website that use the common language English, directly translating sibu terms, some of which do not even have modern Chinese equivalent, sometimes results in inaccuracies that compromise the original Chinese meanings.
Presenting both English and Chinese terms simultaneously caters to international readers while preserving the original Chinese authenticity of the sibu names. 維基小霸王 (talk) 03:20, 2 February 2024 (UTC)
