Category:Baoan District, Shenzhen

Two problems:

  1. there is only one famous Baoan District, so we could omit ", Shenzhen"
  2. technically it should be Bao'an (a pinyin rule, a vowel followed by a vowel be separated by an apostrophe). official English website https://web.archive.org/web/20190118130928/http://english.baoan.gov.cn/ . but then, Bao'an is not ambiguous like Xi'an (vs Xian), so it's quite common to neglect the apostrophe. I only move the main category to Category:Baoan District. Subcategories can stay at "... Baoan District, Shenzhen", because it's a rather trivial matter.

The apostrophe version is not chosen because it's commonly omitted. People commonly write Baoan.--Roy17 (talk) 14:29, 19 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
