[edit]The effect of the redirection of Category:W. & A. K. Johnston here is to credit to Alexander Keith Johnston a book published in 1878, after he was dead. So I think that should be changed. While (Alexander) Keith was probably responsible for map content, as a business W. & A. K. Johnston involved also w:Sir William Johnston. The current situation is surely confusing.
