Academics or faculty
[edit]From what I understand, academics and faculty mean the same thing (basically they're the professors, lecturers, and other education people who work for the university, right?). There are currently three "faculty" categories for Finnish universities and this is the only one named "academics", so maybe it would be better to rename this to faculty, so it doesn't confuse users.
