@Bbruno: To the rename request: see Commons:Naming categories#Language. Proper names need not to be translated, common nouns should be used in English. In case of a descriptive specification, the local proper name (Cassinelle) should be not translated, the descriptive common word should be in English. However, the concept and definition of proper names is not completely uniform for all countries and topics here in Commons. In the case of descriptive designations of churches by patrocinium and place, the practice differs from country to country.
