"Shishek" is a comical nonsense. This is not a memorial to some hypothetical Shishek family. If English language would have any specific word for cone, the name of the pavilion should be rather translated than transcribed. --ŠJů (talk) 01:38, 14 August 2014 (UTC)

I believe that that suggested rename "Pavilion Shishek" is intended as a transliteration into the Latin alphabet (a “romanization”). The first word being a French loan might have misguided the nominator away from a simpler form like "Pavil’on shishek" (NGM etc.) or "Pavilhon ŝiŝek" (ISO 9).

The matter is however moot, as by policy categories about single specific entities keep their names without any translation to English (and no transliteration, either), unlike generic entities do. For example, in this case, a parent category is "Culture of Kaluga Oblast", not "Культура Калужской области" (English "oblast" is a barbarism that should be replaced by "region", but that’s a whole other matter).

And what is your opinion to capitalization of transliterated or transcribed multiword proper nouns? When the original language capitalizes the first word of the name only, should be capitalized all words in the transliteration according to rules of English? --ŠJů (talk) 15:39, 14 August 2014 (UTC)
