Probably they had been printed at Forbes Lithograph Manufacturing Company, Boston (Massachusetts) or Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Washington (District of Columbia), USA.

All AMC are typically not signed by any bank authorities.

The funny text "Przyjmowanie we wszystkich wypłatach jest obowiązkowe" on the bills means "Distribution of these liberation banknotes is a mandatory".

The "Narodowy Bank Polski" was founded on 15 January 1945 (not 1944) under russian influence. For some literature see [1]

Soviet issue

[edit]

Some bills have been printed at the soviet printing factory Goznak if there is the typo "Przyjmowanie we wszystkich wypłatach jest obowiązkowym".[2]
