All AMC are typically not signed by any bank authorities.
The funny text "Przyjmowanie we wszystkich wypłatach jest obowiązkowe" on the bills means "Distribution of these liberation banknotes is a mandatory".
The "Narodowy Bank Polski" was founded on 15 January 1945 (not 1944) under russian influence. For some literature see [1]

[edit]Some bills have been printed at the soviet printing factory Goznak if there is the typo "Przyjmowanie we wszystkich wypłatach jest obowiązkowym".[2]
