Yo Takai (高井陽, Takai Yō) (タカイヨウ), born Yo Tomimoto (富本陽, Tomimoto Yō) (Ando, August 23, 1915 - March 2, 1982), was a Japanese editor. The eldest daughter of Kenkichi Tomimoto and Kazue Otake, she graduated from Bunka Gakuin and worked at the Heibonsha Research Department, etc. After divorcing Minoru Narita, she remarried Haruhiko Takai and her son, Daisuke, took the Tomimoto surname again. In 1948, together with her, her mother founded Yamanoki Bookstore, a children's book publisher.
