English: Winitchai Pheri (วินิจฉัยเภรี; literally "Drum of Decision"), also known as Drum of Justice, is the name of a drum built in the reign of King Rama III who had it installed at the Ministry of Palace Affairs (กรมวัง) so that citizens who wanted to submit petitions to him would sound it.
