American architect, active in Butte, Montana in the 1890s and Seattle from 1901-1920, then relocated to Bremerton, WA to work for the Puget Sound Navy Yard public works department, where he passed away in 1932. Designed numerous hotel and residential structures in the Seattle area as well as in Vancouver, BC.
