William Faden (ca. 1750 - 1836) was a English cartographer and publisher. He was working with Thomas Jefferys whose business Faden took over after Jefferys's death in 1771, continuing under the name Faden & Jefferys. includind the position of “Geographer to the King and to the Prince of Wales”. Following his death in 1836 Faden’s firm was taken over by James Wyld.
