English: The Willemsfonds, named after Jan Frans Willems, is a non-profit cultural organization founded in the 19^th century to promote Flemish culture and language in Belgium. In order to achieve this goal, the organization encouraged Flemish folk song, organized linguistic games and published inexpensive Flemish books. In addition the organization established general libraries.

Français : Le Willemsfonds, du nom de Jan Frans Willems, est une organisation culturelle flamande, fondée en 1851 pour défendre la langue néerlandaise, en outre, en encourageant la chanson populaire flamande, en organisant des concours linguistiques, par la publication de livres en néerlandais à un prix abordable et en fondant des bibliothèques généralistes.

Nederlands: Het Willemsfonds, genoemd naar Jan Frans Willems, is een Vlaamse culturele organisatie, in 1851 opgericht ter verdediging van de Nederlandse taal. Dit deed het door het Vlaamse volkslied aan te moedigen, taalkundige wedstrijden te organiseren en betaalbare Nederlandstalige boeken uit te geven. Daarnaast richtte het ook nog algemene bibliotheken op.
