English: The fact that this model only appears, roughly between 1890 and 1895, in a small and very close cluster of catalogue numbers, allows us to think he might have been a visitor to Taormina, or a visitor's lover, who volunteered to pose. He is an adult man, and he poses with some of Gloeden's favourite models for that period (Carmelo, Pietro) in a garden, and in Gloeden's own garden. Nothing else is known about him.
