English: The Washington Territory Investment Company Office Building, built 1889-1890, stood at the northwest corner of Second and Cherry in Seattle until it was demolished in 1909. It was renamed the Hoge Building in 1907 (or possibly earlier: File:Seattle - Hoge Building 1905 - raw 02.jpg shows that name in the 1905 Polk's Directory), and was replaced by the current skyscraper of that name. For a time it housed the Seattle Post-Intelligencer.
