English: Washington Shoe Building, 400 Occidental Way South in the Pioneer Square neighborhood, Seattle, Washington, USA. Also known as J. M. Frink Building / Washington Iron Works / Washington Shoe Mfg. Company Building / Washington Shoe Company Building / "The Shoe". The first 4 floors were completed in 1892 for J.M. Frink's Washington Iron Works by architect William E. Boone. The top 2 floors were added by architect James Blackwell in 1909.
