Gäste in der Villa von Friedrich Sarre 1865-1945 waren Außenminister Walter Rathenau, Reichkanzler Franz von Papen, sowie der Erste Attaché der türkischen Botschaft Enver Pascha 1945 wurde die Villa als sowjetische Kommandantur genutzt und ab dem Jahr 1957 gehörte sie zur Hochschule für Film und Fernsehen Konrad Wolf, Kopierwerkstechnik, mit einem Chemielabor im Souterain.
