English: Villa Maria is a Catholic Primary School in Hunters Hill, New South Wales. It opened in 1868 and in 1888 the school was split into a girls convent school, run by the Josephites, and a boys school, run by the Marist Brothers. In 1909 the Marist Sisters handed over the Josephite school, though were still involved in teaching which meant that three religious orders ran the school. The Josephite involvement came to an end by 1964 and the schools merged into one co-educational school by 1964.
