The Victory Building at 1001 and 1011 Chestnut Street between S. 10th and S. 11th Street in Center City, Philadelphia. No. 1001 was built in 1873 for the New York Mutual Insurance Company, and was designed by Henry Fernbach. Three floors were added in 1890, designed by Philip Roos, and an addition on 10th Street was built in 1902. The building is the last remnant of a number of services for financial companies along Chestnut Street.
