English: The Van der Vorm Kapel is a small extension of the Grote of Sint-Janskerk Gouda built in 1922 to house a set of 7 stained glass windows that were first made in the 16th century for the Regulierskerk in Gouda. The chapel is named after the man who financed the project, the Rotterdam ship owner and financier Willem van der Vorm.
