English: Valkyrie was a full rigged ship, built 1892 by Charles Connell & Company Scotstoun, Yard No 182, Glasgow, Scotland, for J.D. Clink, Greenock. Dimensions: 283 × 42 ft (86.2 × 12.8 m), 2270 GRT. Sunk in a collision at Brockdorf, River Elbe in 8 November 1901.[1]
