- 1953 VEB Kunststoff- und Textilverarbeitungswerk (KTW) Pouch (Herstellung von Faltbooten (Wander-Einer E65, Wander-Zweier WZ80, Kielsportboot KS75, Reisezweier RZ85)
- Faltbootproduktionen aus Sonneberg und Leipzig werden nach Pouch verlegt
- 1957 VEB Wassersport- und Campingbedarf Pouch (Herstellung von Zelte, Schlafsäcke, Luftmatratzen und Campingartikel)
- 1970 zum VEB Kombinat "Favorit" Taucha
- 1991 Poucher Boote GmbH
