English: Usher's Quay Ward was an electoral division in Dublin city. The western part of the ward was located outside the city proper. It included parts of the civil parish of "Saint James's"; the remainder was within the municipal bounds of the city itself. The ward was bordered to the north by the River Liffey, to the south by the Grand Canal and to the west by the South Circular Road / Suir Road.
