Fomer "2nd" Urusulines Convent (after expanding out of the old Colonial French Quarter convent in the 1820s) in New Orleans was in the 9th Ward, between Japonica and Sisters Streets. It was demolished in the 1910s for the construction of the Industrial Canal.
