This is a category about a building or other location within the Pioneer Square-Skid Road Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The district has been successively enlarged, and hence has multiple NRHP IDs: 70000086, 78000341, and 88000739 |
English: The Union Trust Building (119 South Main Street, corner of Occidental, built 1893) and adjacent Union Trust Annex (117 South Main Street, built 1902) in the Pioneer Square neighborhood, Seattle, Washington, USA. For many years, the Union Trust Annex was home to the Seattle Unit of the Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park. In the 1960s, this pair of buildings were among the first in the Pioneer Square area (or, as it was better known then, Skid Road) to be rehabilitated; architect Ralph Anderson did the rehabilitation.
