English: The Ukrainian Youth Centre on John Street in Lidcombe, New South Wales was established in the 1950s during a period when a large number of Ukrainians settled in the Granville and Lidcombe areas. (Cumberland Historical Timeline, p. 33). It is run by the Ukrainian Youth Organisation. The original site for the Youth Centre was at 5-5a Church Street after it was sold in 1972 to the Ukrainian Youth Association of Australia, after which it was later purchased by Dooley's Catholic Club in 2009 (Coffey Geotechnics, 2015) after which it was relocated, around 2013-4 to its current site in John Street.
