This series consists of memorandums, regulations, issuances, letters, telegrams, orders, photographs, forms, reports, bulletins, proclamations, Congressional acts, questionnaires, blueprints, liberty bonds, circulars, charts, tables, and data, inventories, invoices, and receipts. They relate to personnel including draft status, insurance, enlistments, exemptions, conscientious objectors, discipline, passes for identification, uniforms, furloughs, officers training school, separations, and embarkment of troops; tests and calibrations of equipment and manufacturing materials; inspections and inventories; appropriations contracts, and disbursements; suppliers and supplies; ordnance and armaments; weights and measures; buildings and grounds including development and history of arsenal, repairs, and construction; publications; ordnance property at colleges during wartime; Liberty loans; military prisoners, enemy aliens, treatment of aliens, and naturalization of aliens in service; military intelligence; demobilization; and daily administration of the Arsenal.
