Built in 1902 and renovated to its present appearance in 1972, this Modern Brutalist building was originally built for the Commercial National Bank, and was renovated to serve as a bank branch annex to the adjacent First National Bank Building. The building is clad in concrete panels with a gridded facade of rectilinear windows with curvilinear corners, a projected front entrance bay with a large sign, and a textured concrete parapet. The building is a noncontributing structure in the Main Street Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
