The Tutlemann Brothers and Faggen Building at 56-60 North 2nd Street in the Old City neighborhood of Philadelphia was built in 1830-36, but the main cast-iron facade was added in 1900-01, one of the last cast-iron facades in the United States. Originally a factory building, it was one of the first to be renovated into apartments in the 1970s when Old City began its revival.
