English: Treeton Junction, south of Rotherham, is where the Sheffield District Railway connected with the former North Midland Railway main line between Rotherham Masborough and Chesterfield. A branch also led to Orgreave Colliery. The junction was redeveloped in 1965 to become the site of Tinsley Yard with a new north to west curve laid.
