English: Torrisdale was a steel-hulled four-masted barque built in 1892 by D&W Henderson & Co, Glasgow for J&A Roxburgh, Glasgow. Built for the Australian trade. Dimensions: 290 × 42.5 × 24 ft (88.3 × 12.9 × 7.3 m) and tonnage: 2316 GRT and 2184 NRT. Rigged with royal sails over double top and topgallant sails. Wrecked 1912 in the entrance to Gray's Harbour, WA, on voyage from Caleta Coloso to Astoria (Portland), OR.[1][2]
