Torrechiara is a village of the comune of Langhirano, in the Province of Parma, northern Italy. It is especially known for its massive castle, built by Pier Maria Rossi between 1448 and 1460. There is also a benedectine abbey, the Badia di Santa Maria della Neve, also built by Pier Maria Rossi in 1473.
