English: Thoulsa Cross commemorates the rescue of the crew of the French schooner Jeune St Charles that was wrecked on Thoulsa Rock in 1858. It originally stood on Thousla Rock, in Calf Sound, as part of a warning beacon prior to the addition of a light for the Thousla Rock Lighthouse.
