Deutsch: Thomas Bewick (* vermutlich am 12. August 1753 in Cherryburn bei Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Northumberland; † 8. November 1828 in Gateshead, Co. Durham) war ein englischer Grafiker und Holzschneider. Er revolutionierte in den letzten Jahren des 18. Jahrhunderts den Holzschnitt.

English: Thomas Bewick (born 12 August 1753 at Cherryburn near Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Northumberland, died 8 November 1828 in Gateshead, Co. Durham) was an English wood engraver, remembered for his vivid rendering of animals on wood and his tail-pieces (or what he called "tale-pieces").
