Completed by Pete Felten, Jr, in 1982, The Nun is a tribute to the e Sisters of St. Agnes, who ran St. Anthony Hospital for many years before St. Anthony’s merged with Hadley Regional Medical Center in 1991. The sculpture was relocated to the gardens at the Hays Medical Center with Hadley Memorial, similarly relocated from Hadley Regional Medical Center, when the hospitals merged in 1991.[1]
