The Grove Precinct is a public building in Peppermint Grove, Perth, Western Australia and is the state's first public building incorporating environmentally sustainable design (ESD) features and technologies. Supported by a $1.5 million Green Precincts Fund grant from the Australian federal government, it was designed by Cox Howlett + Bailey Woodland architects and completed in June 2011. It won the Energy Smart category of the 2012 National Awards for Local Government.
