English: The Tharp's Log is a fallen Giant Sequoia (Sequoiadendron giganteum) tree in the Giant Forest of Sequoia National Park that was converted into a small pioneer cabin by Hale Dixon Tharp in 1861. The log was restored to its original condition in 1923 and added to the National Register of Historic Places on March 8, 1977.
