Tambaraparani (Thamiraparani) River, Kanyakumari district, Tamil Nadu, India. The river originates from western side of the Western Ghats and runs for 59 km (37 mi) before it empties into the Arabian Sea near Thengapatanam.
Note: This river is distinct from the Thamirabarani River that originates east of the Western Ghats and flows into the Gulf of Mannar. Images of that river should be put in Category:Thamirabarani River.
