From 1937 through 1939 Figoni & Falaschi bodied the two versions of Talbot-Lago with 150-C engine : Lago S (special) with a double carburetor for 140 hp and Lago SS (super-sport) with a triple carburetor for 165 hp ; chronologically they first produced 5 examples called "Jeancart" all slightly different before arriving at the final design: the famous model 9220 nicknamed "Goutte d'Eau" (Teardrop) which they produced in ten copies.
