English: SweeTarts are a candy introduced in 1963, by Sunline Inc. of St. Louis, Missouri. As described in a 1967 trademark dispute, SweeTarts are a "candy compressed into tablet form" and based on the same "artificially flavored powder formula for use in making soft drinks under the names 'Lik-m-Aid' and 'Pixy Stix'. Through a series of acquisitions, the brand is now owned by Nestlé."
