The Surya temple is a small 8th-century stone temple in Boricha village near Porbandar, Gujarat. It is also known as the Boricha Sun temple. The Surya temple has plain walls, an amalaka-topped phamsana shikhara with gavaksha decoration near the top. It stands on a small platform, and the sanctum is made from a different stone.
The site also includes a Saptamatrika temple. The original goddess temple is lost, but some ruins of its original artwork survive. Unlike the Surya temple, the goddesses attract devotees particularly on festive occasions.
