English: The so called "girl" leaf is scallop-edged, with the petiole spreading into a star-like spot in the center of the leaf. It is an incomplete dominant trait, homozygotes having much larger petiole spots and more extreme scalloping. Homozygote girl leaves are seen on specialty cultivars grown by hobbyists and experimental breeders.
