English: Streetlam is a hamlet in the Hambleton district of North Yorkshire, England located northwest of the county town of Northallerton. The population fluctuates around 25. It is situated in rolling farmland in the Vale of York, the lowland area in between two upland areas which are the Pennines and the North York Moors. The main local industry is farming. Due to the small population in Streetlam there is a lack of public facilities. Streetlam has a working BT telephone box, a royal mail post box with daily 4pm collections and a notice board.
